Examples of Tantalus-like torments from everyday life could include being stuck in traffic with a bathroom emergency, having a craving for a specific food but not being able to find it anywhere, or constantly receiving notifications for a message or email but not being able to check it. These situations create a feeling of being tantalizingly close to what we desire, but never quite being able to reach it, leading to frustration and a sense of unfulfillment. **

Tantalus, Ixion, Belides, Sisyphus, and the Furies are all figures from Greek mythology who were punished by the gods for their transgressions. Each of them committed a specific crime or offense against the gods or other beings, leading to their eternal punishment. Their stories serve as cautionary tales about the consequences of hubris, betrayal, and other moral failings. Despite their different backgrounds and actions, they are all united by their fates of enduring eternal torment as a result of their misdeeds. **

The torments of Tantalus and the labor of Sisyphus manifest in everyday life as feelings of frustration and futility. Tantalus represents the feeling of being tantalizingly close to something desirable, only to have it constantly out of reach. This can be seen in situations where someone feels like they are always just short of achieving their goals. Sisyphus represents the never-ending cycle of repetitive and seemingly pointless tasks, which can be seen in the daily grind of work or household chores. Both of these myths serve as metaphors for the struggles and challenges that people face in their everyday lives. **

Further education courses are typically more expensive than initial training programs because they often require more specialized instructors, resources, and facilities. These courses are usually more in-depth and cover advanced topics, which can increase the cost of providing the education. Additionally, further education courses may also offer certifications or degrees upon completion, which adds to the overall cost. Finally, the smaller class sizes and more personalized instruction in further education courses can also contribute to the higher cost compared to initial training programs. **
